A Regency grade 2 listed building offering unusually large rooms for a Brighton guesthouse with a large welcoming hallway and a friendly atmosphere. We have recently carried out a lot of refurbishment and now offer Luxury & Double rooms with full ensuite bath/shower rooms and Standard rooms sharing facilities with no more than one other room.

Why not spoil yourself and try one of our luxury rooms, either a Super Kingsize room with a full size 6ft wide bed or a 4-poster room with a solid wood 5ft kingsize Jacobean 4-poster bed, both have luxury furnishings and complimentary toiletries. Some rooms on the front of the hotel have oblique seaviews overlooking the famous Brighton Pier. All our rooms have remote control colour TV, radio alarm clock and extensive hospitality tray.

We offer an English buffet breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausage, baked beans & tomatoes or a Continental breakfast with croissants, grapefruit segments and a selection of fresh fruit, plus fruit juice, cereals, tea, coffee, toast and preserves all served in our basement dining room. Our breakfast times are from 8.15 to 9.15am during the week, then 8.45 to 9.45am at weekends.

Minimum stay at weekends is 2 nights or Bank holidays is 3 nights

Prices are per room per night and include full English or Continental buffet breakfast.

For bookings we require a minimum deposit of one nights accommodation (non refundable) and can accept payment by credit/debit card with the card holders name & address or by cheque in (£)sterling which must be received within 7 days of booking to confirm reservation.
