No smoking accommodation in Brighton - A Regency grade 2 listed building offering unusually large rooms for a guesthouse with a large welcoming hallway and a friendly atmosphere. We have recently carried out a lot of refurbishment and now offer Luxury & Double rooms with full ensuite bath/shower rooms and Standard rooms sharing facilities with no more than one other room.

We are located literally a stones throw from the seafront and Brighton Pier, within easy access to many pubs, cafes & restaurants as well as being close to lots of shopping and the famous lanes, conference centres, West Pier and Hove.

Big beds are our hallmark so why not spoil yourself and try one of our luxury rooms, either the Super Kingsize balcony room with a full size 6ft wide bed or one of the 4-poster rooms with a solid wood 5ft kingsize 4-poster bed, these rooms have luxury furnishings, fresh flowers and complimentary toiletries.

We offer an English buffet breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausage, baked beans & tomatoes or a Continental breakfast with croissants, grapefruit segments and a selection of fresh fruit, plus fruit juice, cereals, tea, coffee, toast and preserves all served in our basement dining room. Our breakfast times are from 8.15 to 9.15am during the week, then 8.45 to 9.45am at weekends.
